We Snap It provides real estate field photography services to a variety of clients that includes BPO's for lenders, realtors, insurance underwriters, and in some cases municipalities and government agencies. We also provide services as a sub-contractor to other real estate photography service providers.
Field agents are not provided with information regarding who has requested the images, however you may contact us via phone or email for that information.
A BPO is an estimate of a property's value provided by a licensed real estate agent or broker. It's essentially an informal appraisal, often used to get a quicker, less expensive valuation than a full appraisal.
